Owner and lead technician of March Motorsport, Dalton March, discovered his passion for cars at a very young age; always finding a way to be around them, even if it meant just washing his parents’ cars on the weekend.

Dalton attended Blue Hills Regional Vocational High School in Canton, Massachusetts where he attended the Auto Repair program for 4 years. In 2015, Dalton earned an Associates degree in Automotive and High-Performance Racing from the University of Northwestern Ohio.

Following his graduation from UNOH, Dalton began his career at Porsche in Westwood, Massachusetts before moving to Texas to begin his 5-year career at McLaren Dallas.

During his time at McLaren Dallas, Dalton excelled, earning the title of McLaren Technician, as well as being named Technician of the Year in 2017 and 2019.

After noticing a gap in the industry, March Motorsports was born in 2020. As a Certified McLaren Technician, Dalton has extensive knowledge and experience with the vehicles, as well as with McLaren owners and the customer service they expect. At March Motorsports, we strive to provide our customers with the best overall experience and will settle for nothing less. ​

Started his McLaren career in 2018 at McLaren Dallas, trained under Dalton March. From the McLaren MP4-12C to the P1, Martin has serviced a lot of the local Dallas McLarens.

Shop Foreman and McLaren Technician of March Motorsports, Martin, was born in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico and has lived in Texas for over 26 years. His passion for cars began at a young age and grew after purchasing his first vehicle in 2011, which ultimately led him toward the supercar world.

Driven by the belief that the best technicians work on the best engineered vehicles, Martin set his sights on McLaren after researching every major supercar brand. The engineering, innovation, and performance of McLaren vehicles made the brand a clear goal for his career.

Rather than following a traditional automotive school path, Martin gained hands on experience early, working in his brother in law’s automotive shop before earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began his professional McLaren career as a technician trainee at McLaren Dallas and has since accumulated over eight years of experience working on McLarens and exotic vehicles.

Martin holds multiple certifications, including McLaren, Lotus, Maserati, Bentley, and state inspection certification, and is nearing McLaren Master Technician status. Prior to joining March Motorsports, he worked with Avondale, McLaren Dallas, and Park Place.

As Shop Foreman at March Motorsports, Martin helps keep daily operations running smoothly while working directly on McLarens. He takes pride in the quality of his work, the final result of each vehicle, and ensuring every client leaves confident knowing their McLaren is back on the road as it should be.
